A new kind of tennis, karting on ice and other ideas on how to remember to work out before summer.

If you think you’ve already tried all the activities, there are four more disciplines that are available even during the cold season.

Spikeball

This is an activity you can afford at home or on vacation, the main thing is to have the equipment. Spikeball is a mixture of the street square game and beach volleyball. It is a game that uses a small net trampoline stretched 20 centimeters above the ground, and a small ball, similar in appearance to a volleyball.

The rules are simple: two teams of two stand on four sides of the trampoline and try to ricochet the ball from the net to the opponent in three touches. A point is scored if the opponent cannot ricochet the ball away from the net. You can play on the court too, but dress warmly – time flies quickly while playing this game.

Ice Karting

Such races are held on frozen surface of reservoirs or on a special track that is covered with a layer of ice. Turns, drifts and slides on kart tracks guaranteed.

However, this type of karting is considered less dangerous, because it is difficult to gain a really high speed on an ice track – and therefore it is impossible and dangerous to fly out or have a nasty collision with the fence.

Padel

One of the fastest growing sports in the last few years. It is a racquet game that includes elements of tennis, squash, table tennis and badminton. Padel is very simple and clear, and you can start playing in about 20 minutes after learning the rules.

In the classic Padel played two on two. From tennis it borrowed the layout of the court and the rules of the game. From squash – the transparent four-meter walls around the perimeter, which are involved in the game. We got the “bottom” serve and rackets from ping-pong.

Flying in the aerotube

Aero tub is an inexpensive and safe way to feel the high free-flying speed of 250-300 km / h. Such a flight gives the feeling of a parachute jump. The temperature and flow speed are controlled in the tube. Changes in air force make you dive down, soar up. You will certainly be accompanied by an instructor who will help you cope with the air currents.

This experience is very hard exercise for the whole body, so 3 to 5 minutes for the first time will be enough.
